Please read them carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Introduction

Little Gems Photography (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a fine art photography service specializing in maternity, newborn, and child photography. These terms govern your use of our website and our photography services.

2. Booking and Payment

Booking: A session is only considered confirmed once a non-refundable booking fee has been received. This fee secures your session date and time.

Payment: Full payment for the session and any additional products or services is due before or on the day of the session unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payments via Bank Transfer, Cash and Paypal.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

3. Session Details

Location: Sessions will take place at the location agreed upon at the time of booking.

Duration: The session duration will be as agreed upon at the time of booking. Please arrive on time; late arrivals may result in a shorter session.

Safety: The safety of your child is paramount. Please follow all instructions provided by the photographer during the session to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

4. Images and Copyright

Copyright: All images and materials created during the photography session are the property of Little Gems Photography and are protected by copyright law. You may not copy, scan, or reproduce any images in any form without our express written permission.

Usage Rights: Upon full payment, you are granted a personal use license to print and share the images for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use is prohibited unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Editing and Retouching: We provide a selection of edited and retouched images as part of your package. Additional retouching requests may incur an extra fee. We reserve the right to choose the appropriate images from the photography session to include in the final images delivered.

5. Image Delivery

Proofs: A selection of proofs will be provided for your review at your scheduled viewing session. These proofs are for selection purposes only and not for personal use.

Final Images: The final edited images will be delivered as soon as posisble after your selection. Delivery will be via the appropriate medium according to the product(s) ordered.

Archiving: We will archive your final images for a period of 3 years. However, we do not guarantee the storage of these images beyond this period, and we recommend that you back up your images upon receipt.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Client Cancellations: If you cancel your session, the booking fee is non-refundable. If you cancel within 24 hours of your session, you may be liable for the full session fee.

Photographer Cancellations: If we need to cancel the session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer to reschedule or provide a full refund of any fees paid.

Refunds: Refunds are not available for services rendered. If you are dissatisfied with your images, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss potential solutions.

7. Liability

Injury or Damage: We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during the photography session unless caused by our negligence.
Service Interruption: We are not responsible for any interruptions to our services due to circumstances beyond our control, such as equipment failure or natural disasters.

8. Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

9. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Little Gems Photography. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these third-party sites.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
